1. Cancellation and Exchange

Once an order has been placed on our website, you can cancel or change it by sending an email to support@levanimore.com.

Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Instead, the order must be returned to us following the procedure outlined in paragraph 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible processing of the return, we ask that you send us a confirmation of shipment. An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receiving the order if the goods have not been received.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after dispatch. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery. A refund before receipt of the goods is only possible up to 15 minutes after placing the order.
2. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is part of these terms, which apply when you visit and use our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send an email indicating which product you would like to return. You can then send the product back to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party specified by you who is not the carrier, received the final product.

You must ensure that the product is sent back to us in the same condition in which you received it and that it is well packaged. The product must be unused, with labels intact, and in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return. Similarly, if a product arrives damaged, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Our processing time for returns depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days after the return has been received and approved.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, you will receive a confirmation of your return by email. Once you receive this confirmation, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the order. There are no fees associated with storing the product.

The cancellation is complete once we have received the physical goods.

3. Steps for Cancellation
- Request the return form from our support, fill it out, sign it, and send a scanned copy back to us.
- Return the goods.
- Only use a return method with a tracking number, so we can allocate your return correctly. This way, you inform us in advance about the return, and the received goods can be clearly assigned to the correct order. This is the only way to ensure a quick refund. After receiving the return, we will inform you of its arrival, and the refund can take place. Always use a shipping method with a tracking number for the return, so we can correctly allocate your return.
